L&M eGift Voucher is valid for a period of 6 months from its date of issue.
L&M eGift Voucher is redeemable for merchandise at our Lawrence & Mayo Retail Stores – Nationwide.
L&M eGift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for another gift voucher/Gift card/cash/cheque.
L&M eGift Voucher is not a legal tender or replacement of credit / debit card.
If the invoice value is greater than the remaining/Gift Voucher(full value), customer has the option to pay the balance amount through debit card, credit card at offline retail outlets.
Lawrence & Mayo e-Gift Cards are one-time redeemable card only – No multi redemption is allowed.
Lawrence & Mayo (India) Private Ltd or any of its group companies shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this eGift Voucher.
The holder of this e L&M Gift Voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the e L&M Gift Voucher and the related credentials mentioned on it.
No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost/deleted e L&M Gift Voucher mails/cards.
No duplicate e L&M Gift Voucher will be issued. eGift Voucher is property of Lawrence & Mayo (India) Private Ltd to whom it should be returned on request.
Lawrence & Mayo (India) Private Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
Any dispute should be referred to Lawrence & Mayo (India) PRIVATE LIMITED.
