TripXOXO E-Gift Voucher

Terms & Conditions

This E-Gift voucher is valid for purchases made from TRIPXOXO only and codes are valid for 6 months.
Multiple gift cards cannot be used in a single transaction.
In case of transaction failures after the Gift voucher is applied, the amount would be automatically refunded to the same vouchers within 24 hours.
This E-Gift Voucher has to be redeemed in full in a single transaction. Partial redemption is not allowed.
Products and services are subject to availability.
The eGift voucher cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.
The eGift voucher validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.
One customer or registered mobile can buy 5 vouchers.
TRIPXOXO is not responsible if the eGift voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission.
In case of cancellation of bookings made using the gift voucher within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the same voucher as used at the time of booking.
Users are required to save the gift voucher number and PIN to utilize this refunded amount as we will not be able to reset the PIN or reissue a new gift voucher number.
In case of cancellations where the egift voucher validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by the gift voucher.
TRIPXOXO is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
TRIPXOXO reserves the right to deny accepting any Gift voucher if it suspects that there is duplicity of vouchers.
In no event the liability of TRIPXOXO for any claims shall exceed the value of the voucher.
In the event of any dispute, parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai.
